Tai Chi Easy 4-week Series - $48
October 22nd - November 12th, 2025 Wednesdays 9:00 - 10:00 am In this 4-week series you will learn the basic practice of Tai Chi Easy. The primary principles of Tai Chi and Qi Gong are included in this simple approach to Tai Chi. The practice works to help calm the nervous system, improve brain plasticity and is a very powerful but simple approach to wellness. This series is for brand new students and those continuing their practice. Space is limited – pre-registration is required by October 19th. Vinyasa Flow Yoga Series with Emily - $56 October 23rd - November 13th Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30 pm Join us for a 4-week Vinyasa Flow Yoga series designed for all levels—beginners welcome! In this classic vinyasa-style practice, we’ll focus on the seamless connection between breath and movement, flowing through a thoughtful sequence of poses with attention to alignment and personal sensation. Each class offers a mindful exploration of effort and ease, helping you build strength, cultivate awareness, and deepen your connection to your true self through movement and meditation. Sign up required for this 4-week series. 4 min/12 max. pre-registration is required by October 20th Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath - $30 Saturday December 6th 10:30 - 11:30 am Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation, that allows your body to tap into a state of relaxed consciousness as the mind settles into a place between wakefulness and sleep. A sound bath has been found to facilitate deep relaxation in the body and mind, lowering blood pressure, heart rate and eliciting a healing response. A great way to relax and renew! Space is limited – pre-registration is required. |
