Journey Through the Chakras Series Thursdays March 6th - April 3rd (no class Thursday March 13th) 5:30 - 6:30 pm $56 for full series (or class pass) Discover Balance and Inner Harmony. Join us for a Chakra Yoga series to harmonize your mind, body and spirit. Each week we'll focus on a different chakra with gentle guided practices to restore energy flow and enhance well-being. What to Expect: A weekly journey through the chakras. A mix of yoga poses (asanas), meditation, breathing techniques (pranayama) and mantras. A serene space to deepen self-awareness and invite renewal. Why Join? Cultivate emotional and physical balance. Strengthen your connection to yourself and your energy. Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath - $30 Friday March 7th 5:30 - 6:30 pm Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation, that allows your body to tap into a state of relaxed consciousness as the mind settles into a place between wakefulness and sleep. A sound bath has been found to facilitate deep relaxation in the body and mind, lowering blood pressure, heart rate and eliciting a healing response. A great way to relax and renew! Space is limited – pre-registration is required. Slow Flow Series with Emily April 3rd – 24th 5:30 – 6:30 pm $56 This new Slow Flow series is a gentle vinyasa style class in which movement is synchronized with the breath. Elements of meditation and relaxation round out the practice and suffuse it with calming energy. This series is perfect for beginners and more experienced practitioners who prefer a gentle practice or want to reacquaint themselves with a variety of yoga poses. The peaceful wavelike quality of the sequence will allow you to experience each pose fully with a focus on the way you feel, uniting the body, mind and spirit. Space is limited – pre-registration is required. Emily Brammerson Emily brings over two decades of dedicated personal practice to her teaching. In 2025, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Perennial Yoga School. As a new teacher, she is excited to offer yoga that feels good to students and allows them to explore new ways to move within familiar poses. |

Tai Chi Easy 5-week Series - $59
Wednesdays March 19th - April 16th 9:00 - 10:00 am In this 5-week series you will learn the basic practice of Tai Chi Easy. The primary principles of Tai Chi and Qi Gong are included in this simple approach to Tai Chi. The practice works to help calm the nervous system, improve brain plasticity and is a very powerful but simple approach to wellness. This series is for brand new students and those continuing their practice. Space is limited – pre-registration is required. |
