Gentle Yoga 5-week series - $69 with Stephanie Somers
February 26th - March 26th Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30 pm Gentle Yoga invites participants to explore fundamental postures, breathwork, and relaxation techniques, promoting overall wellness and mindfulness. This inclusive class is designed for all levels and body types, focusing on enhancing strength, flexibility, and balance while fostering a sense of renewal and tranquility. Sign up required for this 5-week series. 4 min/12 max. pre-registration is required by February 24th. Tai Chi Easy 4-week Series - $54 March 4th, 11th, 25th, & April 1st (no class March 18th) Wednesdays 9:00 - 10:00 am The primary principles of Tai Chi and Qi Gong are included in this simple approach to Tai Chi. The practice works to help calm the nervous system, improve brain plasticity and is a very powerful but simple approach to wellness.This series is for brand new students and those continuing their practice. Space is limited – pre-registration is required by February 27th. Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath - $30 Friday February 13th or March 13th 5:30 - 6:30 pm Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation, that allows your body to tap into a state of relaxed consciousness as the mind settles into a place between wakefulness and sleep. A sound bath has been found to facilitate deep relaxation in the body and mind, lowering blood pressure, heart rate and eliciting a healing response. A great way to relax and renew! Space is limited – pre-registration is required. |
