The ABC's of Yoga:
Alignment- Ideal alignment is a balanced posture in which positioning is centered and relaxed for all the joints. With joints in proper positions, muscles relax and unnecessary tension can be released.
Balance- When your body and mind are balanced, you will have increased energy, better focus and a calm mind.
Core- As we build core strength, our bodies are better able to function properly making alignment and balance easier to achieve.Yoga invites us to harmonize our body, breath and mind in our daily lives.
As you continue to practice yoga, you will find that you have a stronger body, and a more focused and spacious mind.
