Full Moon Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga poses help us learn to relax and rest deeply and completely. During deep relaxation, all the organ systems of the body are benefited. Some of the benefits include the reduction of blood pressure and blood sugar levels, improved digestion, and better sleep. The class will end in Shavasana (final relaxation pose), with the healing sounds of the singing bowls. Restorative classes are a wonderful way to reset the body, mind and spirit. You will leave feeling relaxed, renewed ready to start your weekend.

YoDance … Where yoga and dance meet!
Dance is energetic, and yoga tends to be calming - put them together and you'll find a class that leaves you both exhilarated and free from stress! You will leave feeling light and happy! We'll use yoga movements, poses, and stretches, and combine them with simple dance steps like walking and turning, all set to a variety of inspiring music.
Open to anyone 14 or over. No yoga or dance experience necessary.
