Join us for a fun and healthy happy hour class! Our new gentle vinyasa flow class will guide you through a combination of yoga poses that integrate breath with movement to help balance your mind and body. Happy Hour Yoga will help you develop strength, flexibility and leave you feeling energized and de-stressed and ready for your weekend!

Restorative yoga poses help us learn to relax and rest deeply and completely. During deep relaxation, all the organ systems of the body are benefited. Some of the benefits include the reduction of blood pressure and blood sugar levels, improved digestion, and better sleep. The class will end in Shavasana (final relaxation pose), with guided meditation. Restorative classes are a wonderful way to reset the body, mind and spirit. You will leave you feeling relaxed, renewed, and ready to start your week.

by Friday April 20th. Class is limited to 12.
