Fall Special Online Classes
Mindful Movement Online Class
Mondays October 26th – December 14th, 10:00 – 10:45 am
$70 for the 8-week series or use your class package
A Mindful Movement class is designed for all fitness levels. This class will include standing and chair Yoga poses (no getting down onto the floor),
Qi Gong, Easy Tai Chi, and mindfulness meditation. You will finish the class feeling relaxed, recharged, and ready for your week!

Beginner Yoga Online Series
Mondays, 5:30 - 6:30 pm, November 9th - 30th, 2020
In this 4 week series you will learn basic yoga postures, modifications, and proper alignment. Your body and mind will also begin to experience the many benefits of a regular yoga practice including increased strength, flexibility, more energy, and improve balance. At the completion of this series you will feel confident and ready to continue your practice in weekly group classes. Handouts will be emailed to you before the first class. And $5 off a package of online classes.
