Beginner Yoga Series
Mondays April 3 - 17, 5:30 - 6:30 pm, $45
This series is for all levels. If you are brand new, or looking to restart your practice classes for you. You will develop a basic understanding of yoga, postures, modifications, proper alignment and breathing techniques. You will also begin to experience many benefits of a regular yoga practice, including… Increase strength, flexibility, more energy, improve balance and stress relief. You will receive a five dollar coupon to use towards a future past package classes.
Register here before Saturday April 1st. Min 4/Max 12.
Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath
Saturday April 15th, 10:30 - 11:30 am, $25
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation, that allows your body to tap into a state of relaxed consciousness as the mind settles into a place between wakefulness and sleep. A sound bath has been found to facilitate deep relaxation in the body and mind, lowering blood pressure, heart rate and eliciting a healing response. Many people feel a sense of bliss and peace after a session.
What to expect
Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down, and is based on entry into altered states where the body is consciously asleep but awareness is present. People practicing Yoga Nidra express finding a deep sense of peace, calm and stillness inside them. Yoga Nidra is a practice that's especially effective at reducing stress and anxiety and can even help with insomnia. Deep relaxation with both Yoga Nidra and a sound bath is most common (you may even fall asleep).

Journey Through the Chakras Series
Thursdays April 27th - May 18th, 5:30 - 6:30 pm $48 (or class pass)
Each week we will explore the chakra system. The practice will combine asanas (poses), meditation, pranayama breathing exercises and mantra chanting to help activate and energize the energy centers along the spine, also known as the chakras.
This series will take the place of the regularly scheduled Thursday pm classes. Min 4/Max 1. Register by Monday April 24.
