Tai Chi Easy 5-week Series - $59 Mondays – January 27th – February 24th, 5:30 - 6:30 pm or Wednesdays – January 29th – February 26th, 9:00 - 10:00 am In this 5-week series you will learn the basic practice of Tai Chi Easy. The primary principles of Tai Chi and Qi Gong are included in this simple approach to Tai Chi. The practice works to help calm the nervous system, improve brain plasticity and is a very powerful but simple approach to wellness. This series is for brand new students and those continuing their practice. Space is limited – pre-registration is required. Beginner Yoga Series $48 Thursdays February 6th - 27th 5:30 - 6:30 pm The 4-week Beginner Yoga Series is designed specifically for newcomers and those returning to yoga, emphasizing essential postures, modifications, and alignment techniques. Participants will build strength, flexibility, and balance through guided sessions, preparing them to confidently join weekly group classes. Space is limited – pre-registration is required. Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath - $30 Friday February 7th 5:30 - 6:30 pm Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation, that allows your body to tap into a state of relaxed consciousness as the mind settles into a place between wakefulness and sleep. A sound bath has been found to facilitate deep relaxation in the body and mind, lowering blood pressure, heart rate and eliciting a healing response. A great way to relax and renew! Space is limited – pre-registration is required. |
