Special Friday Nights! Join us on the 4th Friday each month for a special class.
Happy Hour Yoga - 5:30 - 6:30 pm, January 25 & March 22.
A discounted drop-in of $12 or use your class pass.
Partner Yoga - 6:00 - 7:15 pm, February 22 & April 26. $30 per pair.
Yoga 101 Class - on the 2nd Saturday of the month.
January 12, February 9, March 9, April 13.
10:30 - Noon, $20 each event.

yoga etiquette, modification and more!
To help you continue with your yoga practice you will receive $5 off a
package of classes, including One Month Unlimited Yoga.
Register the Thursday before.

Restorative Yoga - on the 2nd Sunday of the month.
January 13, February 10, March 10, April 14.
3:30 - 5:00 pm, $20 each event
Restorative yoga poses help us learn to relax and rest deeply and completely. During deep relaxation, all the organ systems of the body are benefited. Some of the benefits include the reduction of blood pressure and blood sugar levels, improved digestion,
and better sleep. The class will end in Shavasana (final relaxation pose).
Restorative classes are a wonderful way to reset the body, mind and spirit.
You will leave feeling relaxed, renewed ready to start your week.
Space is limited. Please pre-register the Thursday before each class.
